Terms of Service (English)
These terms govern your use of the mobile apps published by Kaf Dalet Resh (“we”), Seoul, Republic of Korea, that link to this page. By installing or using an app you agree to them.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices. Do not copy, resell, reverse engineer or misuse the app, or its ads and purchase systems.
2. Free use, ads and purchases
The app is free to install and may show ads. Optional paid features (such as subscriptions or one-time purchases) are sold through Google Play. Prices, trial periods and renewal terms are shown before you buy.
3. Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Manage or cancel them in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
4. Refunds
Payments are handled by Google Play. Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy and applicable consumer law; request them through Google Play. We cannot refund Google Play payments directly.
5. Not medical advice
The apps are for general wellbeing and personal use only. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are unwell or in crisis, contact a qualified professional or local emergency services. We make no promise of any particular result.
6. Your data
Your entries and recordings are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and backups. See the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for data lost from your device. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes and termination
We may update the apps or these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply, without removing protection given to you by mandatory law of your country.

이용약관 (한국어)
이 약관은 카프달렛레쉬(이하 “회사”)가 발행하고 이 페이지를 링크한 모바일 앱의 이용에 적용됩니다. 앱을 설치하거나 이용하면 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
제1조 이용 허락
회사는 이용자에게 본인 기기에서 앱을 쓸 수 있는 개인적·비독점적·양도 불가능한 권리를 줍니다. 앱 복제·재판매·역공학, 광고·결제 시스템 악용은 금지합니다.
제2조 무료 이용, 광고, 유료 기능
앱은 무료로 설치할 수 있고 광고가 나올 수 있습니다. 구독·일회성 구매 같은 선택 유료 기능은 구글 플레이를 통해 판매하며, 가격·체험 기간·갱신 조건은 구매 전에 화면에 표시됩니다.
제3조 구독
구독은 해지 전까지 자동으로 갱신됩니다. 구글 플레이 > 결제 및 정기 결제에서 관리·해지하세요. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
제4조 환불
결제는 구글 플레이가 처리합니다. 환불은 구글 플레이 환불 정책과 관련 법령(전자상거래법 등)에 따르며, 구글 플레이를 통해 요청해 주세요. 회사가 구글 플레이 결제를 직접 환불할 수는 없습니다.
제5조 의료 조언 아님
앱은 일반적인 마음 돌봄과 개인 용도를 위한 것이며 의학적·심리적 조언, 진단, 치료가 아닙니다. 몸이나 마음이 아프거나 위기라면 전문가나 지역 응급 서비스에 연락하세요. 특정 결과를 약속하지 않습니다.
제6조 이용자 데이터
기록과 녹음은 이용자의 기기에 저장됩니다. 기기와 백업의 관리는 이용자의 책임입니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 보세요.
제7조 면책
법이 허용하는 범위에서 앱은 “있는 그대로” 제공되며, 회사는 간접·결과적 손해나 기기에서 사라진 데이터에 책임지지 않습니다. 단 소비자 관련 강행 법규가 주는 권리는 제한하지 않습니다.
제8조 변경과 종료
회사는 앱이나 이 약관을 바꿀 수 있고, 중요한 변경은 이 페이지에 새 시행일과 함께 알립니다. 이용자는 언제든 앱 이용을 그만둘 수 있습니다.
제9조 준거법
대한민국 법을 적용하되, 이용자 거주국의 강행 법규가 주는 보호는 유지됩니다.
