Privacy Policy (English)
Kaf Dalet Resh (“we”, “us”), Seoul, Republic of Korea, publishes mobile apps. This policy applies to all of our apps that link to this page, including com.kafdaletresh.sample. Apps are not directed to children under 13.
1. The short version
- No account and no sign-in. We run no server that stores your data.
- Your entries and voice recordings stay on your device.
- Ads (Google AdMob) and purchases (Google Play Billing, RevenueCat) involve third parties, described below.
2. What the app handles

The current version of the app contains no analytics service and no crash-reporting service. If we add one, we will update this page first.
3. Backup and export
Android Auto Backup may copy the app's database file (not recordings) to your Google Drive account under Google's terms. When you move to a new phone with device-to-device transfer, recordings can move with it directly. You can also export a file (including recordings) with the in-app export and share it where you choose; that is your action and the file is then outside our control.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Data goes only to the providers above: Google (AdMob, Play Billing, backup) and RevenueCat. They act under their own privacy policies.
5. International transfers
Google and RevenueCat process data in the United States and other countries. By using ads and purchases you understand data may be transferred there.
6. Retention and deletion
Data on your device stays until you delete entries, clear app data, or uninstall the app. We hold no copy. Copies held by Google (backup) or RevenueCat (purchase records) follow their retention rules; you can delete Drive backups in your Google account settings.
7. Your choices
- Deny or revoke microphone and notification permissions in Android settings.
- Reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in Android settings (Google > Ads).
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
8. Children
The apps are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9. Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. For material changes we will also notify you in the app or on this page at least 7 days before they apply.

카프달렛레쉬(Kaf Dalet Resh, 이하 “회사”)는 모바일 앱을 발행합니다. 이 방침은 이 페이지를 링크한 회사의 모든 앱(예: com.kafdaletresh.sample)에 적용되며, 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 작성했습니다. 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않습니다.
1. 한눈에 보기
- 회원가입과 로그인이 없습니다. 회사는 이용자의 데이터를 저장하는 서버를 운영하지 않습니다.
- 입력한 기록과 녹음은 이용자의 기기 안에만 저장됩니다.
- 광고(구글 애드몹)와 결제(구글 플레이 결제, RevenueCat)에는 외부 사업자가 관여하며 아래에 적었습니다.

현재 앱에는 사용 통계 서비스와 오류 수집 서비스가 들어 있지 않습니다. 넣게 되면 먼저 이 페이지를 고칩니다.
3. 백업과 내보내기
안드로이드 자동 백업이 켜져 있으면 앱의 데이터베이스 파일(녹음 제외)이 구글 드라이브의 이용자 계정에 구글 약관에 따라 저장될 수 있습니다. 기기 간 옮기기(폰 교체)에서는 녹음도 기기끼리 직접 옮겨질 수 있습니다. 앱의 “내보내기”로 만든 파일(녹음 포함)은 이용자가 직접 정한 곳에 공유하며, 그 뒤에는 회사가 관리할 수 없습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
회사는 개인정보를 판매하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만 광고와 결제를 위해 아래 사업자가 앱을 통해 직접 정보를 수집합니다. 이들은 각자의 개인정보 방침에 따라 처리합니다.
5. 처리 위탁
회사는 개인정보 처리를 별도로 위탁하지 않습니다. 구매 확인은 아래 사업자의 서비스로 이뤄집니다.

7. 파기
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 서버에 보관하지 않습니다. 기기 안 데이터는 이용자가 앱에서 삭제하거나 앱 데이터를 지우거나 앱을 삭제하면 파기됩니다. 구글 드라이브 백업은 이용자가 구글 계정 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
8. 이용자의 권리와 행사 방법
- 안드로이드 설정에서 마이크·알림 권한을 거부하거나 철회할 수 있습니다.
- 안드로이드 설정(Google > 광고)에서 광고 ID를 재설정하거나 맞춤 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 유럽·영국 등에서는 앱 설정의 동의 옵션으로 선택을 바꿀 수 있습니다.
- 구독은 구글 플레이 > 결제 및 정기 결제에서 관리·해지합니다.
- 회사가 보유한 정보 열람·삭제 요청은 아래 연락처로 보내 주세요. 회사 서버에는 이용자 개인정보가 없으나, 확인되는 대로 지체 없이 답합니다.
9. 아동
앱은 만 13세 미만을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 알면서 이들의 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 안전성 확보 조치
데이터를 회사 서버에 모으지 않는 것이 기본 조치입니다. 통신은 광고·결제 사업자의 암호화 연결을 사용합니다.
